What are the delivery hours?

Flowers are delivered Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM local Swedish time (CET/CEST). Deliveries are not available on Sundays or Swedish public holidays including Midsommar, Christmas Day, and National Day (June 6). For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering at least one day in advance.

Can I get same-day or next-day flower delivery in Sweden?

Next-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 2:00 PM Swedish time (CET). Same-day delivery may be available in major cities like Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö — please contact us to confirm availability. For guaranteed delivery on a specific date, we recommend placing your order at least 2 days in advance.

How far in advance can I schedule a delivery?

You can schedule flower deliveries up to 3 months in advance. This is especially useful for planning ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day (last Sunday of May in Sweden), Valentine's Day, and other special occasions. Your card will only be charged at the time of order placement.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our local florists will attempt to deliver at the scheduled time. If the recipient is not available, the florist will typically leave the flowers with a neighbor, at the reception desk, or in a safe location. A delivery notification will be left. If delivery cannot be completed, the florist will attempt redelivery the following business day at no extra charge. A recipient phone number helps ensure successful delivery — our florists may call ahead to coordinate.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a flat delivery and service fee of $14.95 (or equivalent in EUR/SEK) is added to each order. This covers hand delivery by a local Swedish florist directly to the recipient's door. There are no hidden costs or additional surcharges regardless of the delivery location within Sweden.

Will the delivered bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Our photos represent the style, color palette, and approximate size of each arrangement. Due to seasonal flower availability in Sweden, the florist may substitute specific stems with equally beautiful alternatives of similar color and value. The overall look and feel of the arrangement will match the photo. The product image represents the Upgraded version of each arrangement.

What sizes are available?

Most arrangements are available in three sizes:
